Refund policy

Damaged or defective items — if anything arrives damaged or flawed, email a photo to hello@paulinebari.com within 30 days and a replacement will be sent free of charge.

Change of mind — returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Items must be unused and in original packaging; return postage is the customer's responsibility.

This policy doesn't affect your statutory rights.
